Rob Morris, Cofounder of Koko
Rob Morris earned his PhD at MIT, where he pioneered new ways to bring mental health therapies online. He was most recently a Staff Data Scientist at Airbnb and an entrepreneur in residence at Hopelab.
Kareem Kouddous has been the CTO and Founder at multiple successful startups. Recently he founded Ceremony Health, a non-profit bringing psychedelic medicine to underserved communities. Most recently, he was a member of the engineering leadership team for Trust at Airbnb.

Rob is a Forbes-featured marketing consultant, with a personal interest in helping brands connect with young people through authentic, impact-driven marketing. He has worked on campaigns for the likes of Snapchat, Rebel Girls and other leading youth brands. A former Koko user himself, he is passionate about using technology for good, and being a champion for accessible mental health support.

Diamond helps manage the Koko community and provides admin support. Most recently she began working for Squared Away, a company that employs military spouses and matches them with clients to provide support as an Executive Assistant. Diamond aspires to help others grow and achieve their goals.
Kate is a social psychologist with expertise in text analysis and digital mental health research strategy. She consults with startups and non-profits on digital mental health solutions, the development of research programs, and ethical data collection and usage practices.
